As a Listing Agent at Sello, you'll become a key person in the customer journey - your contribution is crucial to whether and how quickly the customer goes live on marketplaces. You'll ensure that each customer gets a smooth start and an efficient setup that enables their sales from day one. About the Role As a Listing Agent, you'll help our customers get started with marketplace sales. You'll connect their e-commerce systems with Sello and relevant marketplaces, using our tools to adapt product data to each platform's requirements. You'll ensure products are published correctly, orders flow where they should - and that the entire chain works smoothly. Sometimes you'll also take over already active product listings and optimize them. You'll become an advisory partner helping customers find the best setup for their specific organization - from product and order flows to logistics and accounting. The role also includes customer support when needed. Your Tasks • Help customers connect their systems with Sello and marketplaces • Adapt and quality-assure product data to meet marketplace requirements • Publish products and ensure correct order flow • Optimize existing listings and integrations • Support customers with technical and operational questions Personal Qualities • Meticulous and structured, with an eye for details • Driven and curious - enjoys understanding complex systems • Self-motivated and solution-oriented • Creative and flexible in your approach • Communicative and service-minded Competencies Requirements • Excellent computer skills and technical understanding • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Meriting • Experience with e-commerce, project management, or digital platforms • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations • Previous experience working with product data, PIM, or marketplaces We Offer You An exciting role in a growing tech company where you'll help create conditions for hundreds of businesses to succeed online.
