We Offer - Work with modern Linux environments and mission-critical systems - Security and stability in a company with strong future prospects and long-term customer relationships - A 6-month probationary employment via Academic Work with the goal of being hired by Vivicta after 6 months RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and further developing our Linux-based monitoring platforms, ensuring system stability and contributing to efficient incident management processes. * Responsible for operations and further development of monitoring platforms (e.g., Nagios and Check MK) * Configure monitoring objects, agent installations (Linux/Windows) and analyze alerts & incidents * Work with Linux servers (Red Hat, Ubuntu) and support Windows environments for agent management * Identify and drive automation and simplification in the monitoring solution (e.g., scripting, Python) * Collaborate with operations and network teams and other technical groups to ensure overall quality and delivery * Participate in case management, customer and vendor dialogues as needed WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Have 2-5 years of similar work experience (e.g., from operations, service desk, or customer delivery) - Have knowledge of Linux (RedHat &/or Ubuntu) and a strong interest in technology, operations, and monitoring - Experience with Python and Shell scripting for automation - Understand networks, server environments, and infrastructure communication - Good skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written This position is security-classified, and to start the assignment, you must be able to complete and pass all steps of the security screening process, including background check and information gathering.
