About the Position As a nursing assistant at Linné Hemvård, you are an important part of our team, providing medical assistance, service, and care for our clients. Together with your colleagues, you will manage everything from daily tasks to documentation. You will work in a wonderful mix of skills and diversity where collaboration is key. You will receive support from coordinators and support functions, and you will have close collaboration with other professional categories. We also ensure that you always have presence and support from the CEO and the board – you are never alone in your important work! Working Hours: Varying (7-16, 13-21) Employment Rate: 80-100%, 6-month probationary period We are looking for someone who: • Wants to help provide our care recipients with a dignified and lasting life • Has a high school diploma in health and social care • Holds a B driver's license (and can ride a bike!) • Speaks and writes good Swedish • Is sociable, independent, and loves to face new challenges • Has experience from home care (meriting) Requirement: Extract from the criminal record.
