About the position
The role of Line Manager for Production Planning & Customer Configuration is a key function within the organization, responsible for leading and developing the planning department, which consists of 14 employees. The group is responsible for production and customer order planning, configuration of hardware and software, testing and delivery of products, as well as documentation and participation in customer inspections. The department has primary responsibility for all planning within production and works closely with both sales, purchasing, and production to ensure efficient flows and delivery capability.
As Line Manager, you have overall responsibility for the employees within production and customer order planning. You work to create clear structures, promote collaboration, and drive improvement initiatives that strengthen both processes and working methods. The focus is on streamlining planning processes, optimizing work towards production, and creating common routines that support the organization’s goals. The role also includes responsibility for personnel management, recruitment, salary setting, follow-up, and workplace environment issues. You are part of the management team for production and logistics and collaborate closely with the chief planner and other managers in the organization.
Your qualifications
• Experience in leadership within logistics, production, warehousing, or equivalent operations.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, production, or management, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience with IFS or equivalent business systems, strong Excel skills, and previous work with change management are significant advantages.
