Lindbergh (formerly Wagner) is seeking a Store Manager for Erikslund in Västerås!

THE JOB:
• As a Store Manager, you will have daily responsibility for the operation of the store. Here, you will experience a workday filled with sales and fashion, a strong team, and an informal tone, where one of your main roles will be to ensure the entire team performs cohesively and interacts well.
• As a Store Manager, you should always strive to optimize both sales and results in the store, as well as staff performance and development. You create this focus through your commitment and your responsibility for the assigned tasks.

YOU CAN OFFER:
We prefer that you have experience in retail, preferably within textiles and fashion, where you have previously worked with leading and coaching sales staff.
Your primary responsibility will be to enhance sales and financial results through current management and strong sales skills. You are passionate about the concept, have an understanding of and focus on important financial key indicators, and possess a pronounced winning mentality. We would also like to see that you have the skills for visual merchandising in the store.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:
• You ensure that your store is service- and sales-ready.
• You handle daily tasks in the store based on established concepts.
• You lead by example by being visible on the “floor” when serving customers and performing other tasks.
• You create and utilize a broad network to achieve the store's objectives.
• You ensure that your customers receive an excellent shopping experience.
• You actively work on motivating, coaching, and developing your employees to help them perform at their best.
• The position is a full-time employment, with overtime possible that is not compensated separately.

The position is a permanent full-time role with a start date of December 1st or by agreement. We implement a 6-month probation period.
