About the Organization
Lindåsen Preschool is a relatively newly built preschool in Upphärad that opened in May 2019.
We have large, bright facilities and a fantastic outdoor area. The rural location provides easy access to both forests and playgrounds. We have a kitchen on-site and serve all meals in our dining hall.
The preschool has four departments, divided into two for younger children and two for older children.
Job Responsibilities
As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for the education alongside your colleagues and engage in developmental work. The focus of your work will be to create good relationships and provide all children with the best possible conditions to learn, play, and develop.
Qualifications
We are looking for a qualified preschool teacher. You are passionate about further developing the organization, want to contribute to creating a positive workplace, and find stimulation in working as part of a team where collegial learning with your colleagues is important. You enjoy challenges, are creative and responsible, and collaborate with a solution-focused approach. You should be well-acquainted with the assignment and perform your work professionally. You are also familiar with digital tools.
The ability to collaborate with colleagues and management to contribute to children's development and learning is essential, as is the ability to build good relationships with children and parents.
