YOUR NEW JOB
As a seasonal worker with us, you will help create an attractive and welcoming winter sports facility. We place great emphasis on good service and well-organized operations to provide our guests with a positive experience. Areas of work include café, operations, and ski rental. In both operations and ski rental, you will also be a lift operator. Tasks in ski rental include cash handling. In serving, tasks involve food handling, cleaning, and cash work. We work as a team and assist each other where it is most needed on a given day.
YOUR COMPETENCE
We are looking for individuals who are at least 16 years old by 2026. Experience in similar tasks is an advantage and having a snowmobile license is a plus.
We seek someone who takes responsibility for their tasks and enjoys meeting people and providing them with a memorable experience. Since you will work alongside others, good collaboration skills are essential. The environment we operate in requires both flexibility and patience as it may attract many visitors. You should have a strong sense of service and good social skills.
As a seasonal worker, you will represent Bubergsgården and the municipality, and you see it as a given to do so with a positive attitude. You need to be able to communicate with our customers and understand written instructions and manuals. Therefore, it is important that you have a good command of the Swedish language.
YOUR NEW WORKPLACE
Bubergsgården is Vindeln's traditional winter sports facility. Buberget is not only a challenge for the toughest skiers but also offers slopes for everyone. The pistes are graded from red (advanced) to green (beginner). There are a total of five runs and four lifts, one of which is a children's/button lift. There is also winter camping for caravans, ample parking, ski rental, and service in the cozy large cabin.

EMPLOYMENT
Duration: Seasonal employment on an hourly basis, but no later than April 30, 2026.
Extent: Varied hours, including evenings and weekends. The facility is open one evening a week, on weekends, and during daytime on holidays.
