Lidingö is seeking dedicated substitute caregivers for home care services

We are currently seeking dedicated care assistants who want to work evenings/weekends/days with us in Lidingö. Our team consists of approximately 35 employees, one unit manager, and two assistant unit managers who work hard every day to provide the best for our clients. Working hours are from 07:00 to 15:30 or 15:30 to 22:00. Our office is conveniently located near Lidingö center with good transport links. This position is on an as-needed basis, where we schedule you according to demand. In our unit, we maintain an open climate and foster good collaboration. Responsibilities: You will visit our clients and provide support in their daily lives. Your tasks will include assisting with: • Personal care and hygiene • Cleaning • Shopping • Laundry • Meals • Walks You will also be responsible for documenting according to legal requirements. Qualifications and Attributes: We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with at least a couple of years of experience in elderly care, preferably in home care. You need to be able to document on a computer and have a good command of Swedish. You are passionate about providing excellent service to your clients and one of your strengths is the ability to recognize their individual needs. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team and are proactive in taking initiatives.
