LFV has approximately 1,300 employees and is Sweden's leading provider of air traffic control services for both civil and military aviation, along with related services. We offer air traffic control and related services both nationally and internationally. Our air traffic controllers manage around 2,000 aircraft daily in Swedish airspace. LFV was the first in the world to implement remote air traffic control and we are driving digitalization in several areas. Together, we are developing the future of HR work within LFV. In the role of HR Business Partner at LFV, you will be a central part of the HR team and an important partner to the organization's managers. You will provide both strategic and operational advice and support across the entire HR spectrum, with a particular focus on driving change initiatives and creating value for both managers and employees. You will have independent responsibility for HR work within a specific part of the organization and will be an active member of its management team. Your mission includes coaching and guiding managers throughout the employee journey—from recruitment and skills development to employment conditions and exits. **Location:** Norrköping, Stockholm, or Malmö **Who are you?** We are looking for someone with an academic background in HR or equivalent education and experience. You have several years of experience in qualified and operational HR work within areas such as workplace environment, labor law, and talent acquisition. You have previously worked closely with the business, preferably as a member of a management team, and have thereby gained a good understanding of both business and organizational development. Experience in change management and collaboration with trade unions is part of your background. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is an advantage if you have held a leadership position and have experience from both private and public sectors. This role suits you if you enjoy working both strategically and operationally, and appreciate switching between a holistic perspective and details. You possess a high level of initiative, an analytical mindset, and a proactive approach that enables you to take responsibility and drive issues forward. At the same time, you have strong collaboration skills and build trusting relationships through your attentive and professional demeanor. Your strong integrity allows you to stand by your convictions even in complex situations. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Before employment, LFV conducts a security clearance which includes a background check, security interview, and drug test.
