What Does the Role Involve?
We have customers interested in moving their banking engagement to LF Uppsala and who need help scheduling meetings with our personal advisors. That's where you come in.
* Book meetings between customers and personal advisors, based on lists from our partners and digital expressions of interest.
* Most bookings will be done online, without direct customer contact.
* A small part of the work involves calling customers who have requested advice or previously showed interest but haven't scheduled a meeting.
* You'll work systematically and follow clear instructions to ensure each customer receives their booking on the same day it comes in.
* The work is hourly-based, approximately 3 hours per day, five days a week – and it's important that you can take responsibility for completing the work daily.
More About the Role
The position is located at LF Uppsala's main office at Muningatan 1 in central Uppsala. The starting point is office-based work, but once you're comfortable, remote work will also be an option. You can choose when during the day you want to work – as long as the day's bookings are completed the same day. Perfect for those who want a part-time job that can be combined with studies and personal time!
Who Are You?
We're seeking a university student with at least two years remaining in your studies.
You are meticulous, structured, and quick to understand instructions and grasp the bigger picture. You can express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing, and have the self-discipline to work independently – even remotely. You are reliable, organized, and bring positive energy to the team.
