About Carla
At Carla, we aim to set a new standard for purchasing electric vehicles. Our goal is to make buying or leasing an electric car online as easy and secure as any other online purchase. Naturally, all cars must be chargeable. The company was founded in 2020 in Stockholm and is currently in an exciting growth phase, which is why we are looking for an ambitious Delivery Specialist who wants to become part of Sweden's fastest-growing e-commerce company.
**Responsibilities:**
• Prepare cars for delivery: Ensure that each car is ready for the customer through thorough exterior and interior cleaning and polishing.
• Handle documentation: Verify that all necessary documentation is correct and complete before our drivers begin the delivery to the customer.
• Conduct minor vehicle inspections: Perform a brief quality check to identify any deficiencies and ensure that the car meets Carla's high standards before leaving the facility.
• Quality assurance: Work according to the company's procedures and quality requirements to guarantee a top-notch delivery experience.
• Support other teams: Assist other teams and colleagues within Carla as needed and contribute to effective collaboration across departments.
**We are looking for someone who:**
• Has an eye for detail, is flexible in their work approach, and enjoys learning and excelling at new tasks.
• Values order and structure, takes responsibility, and works methodically.
• Is a good communicator and can easily engage in clear dialogue both verbally and in writing with your team and other colleagues.
• Ideally has some experience working with cars or a strong interest in them.
**Role Specifications:**
• Scope: Full-time with a 6-month probationary period.
• Driver's License: A valid B driver's license is required.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00.
• Location: Stockholm, Kungsängen.
