RESPONSIBILITIES In the Role of Delivery Coordinator, You Will Be Responsible for Coordinating Deliveries and Their Execution, Working Closely with IT Infrastructure Groups, Our Suppliers, and Mobile IT Service Teams. To Ensure Correct Delivery at the Right Time, You Will Collaborate with Project Managers, Suppliers, Coordinators, Technicians, and Core Operations. Additionally, You Will Be Responsible for Ordering, Inventory Management, and Delivery Follow-up. You Will Be Part of a Group of Delivery Coordinators Nationwide and in Various Mobile IT Technician Teams, Where You Will Collectively Have Comprehensive Responsibility for All Our IT Deliveries to Our Core Operations. This Position Is New Within the Section, and You Will Actively Participate in Developing Processes, Instructions, and Working Methods Related to How We Deliver Prison and Probation Service IT Services, Order Handling, Inventory Management, Freight Handling, and Production Planning. We Are Seeking Someone Who Has: • Complete High School Competence with Final Grades or Diploma • Class B Driver's License • Experience with Hardware and IT Service Procurement • Experience with Delivery Follow-up • Basic Knowledge and Understanding of IT, Applications, and Infrastructure • Experience with E-commerce and Accounting Systems • Ability to Communicate Well Verbally and in Writing in Swedish and English • Knowledge of Microsoft Office It Is Meritorious If You Have: • Experience with Supplier Collaboration • Experience with Software and License Procurement • Experience with Service Models and Service Concepts • Experience with Asset Registers • Experience with Public Procurement and LOU • Experience Working in Public Administration • Knowledge of Prison and Probation Service Core Operations OTHER The Swedish Prison and Probation Service Has Chosen to Remove the Personal Letter and Replace It with Selection Questions Relevant to the Position.
