Job Responsibilities
As a nurse in municipal healthcare, you will lead nursing and health care work at our facilities. You will collaborate with nursing assistants, care personnel, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and unit managers. You will also interact with primary care, inpatient care, and other stakeholders with a holistic patient perspective. You will have comprehensive patient care responsibility, which includes making your own assessments, taking samples, wound dressing, medication management, injections, diabetes care, and other relevant tasks. The work also involves disease prevention and complication management, such as fall prevention, malnutrition, and mental health. Additionally, the role may include end-of-life care responsibilities.
As a nurse, you will also guide, train, and delegate nursing and healthcare interventions to staff. You will actively participate in development work to improve our operations.
Qualifications
The role requires:
• Licensed nurse certification
• Class B driver's license

Employment Terms
Permanent full-time position. Scheduled work hours 38.25 hours/week. Start date by agreement.
