At Kattrumpstullen, there are 94 apartments spread over 5 floors. The facility is Star Rated. Your role As a nurse, you will work in a team around the elderly, contributing your specialist expertise in care. Together with your colleagues, you will plan and organize care while working towards providing good nursing and health care based on individual needs. We work person-centered. You will be responsible for the care of 16 residents with cognitive disorders. The work involves both urgent and planned interventions, which means you need to be able to make independent decisions. The role requires flexibility and independence. You will take an active part in our collective efforts to achieve our set goals. In the evenings and on weekends, you will be the team leader for the entire operation. Your qualifications and experience You need to be or have: - A licensed nurse. - Good documentation skills. We document in Vodok. - Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have: - Further education as a district nurse, Silvia nurse, or specialist training in elderly care. - Experience working as a nurse in elderly care.
