Welcome to Us Kampementet Care and Nursing Home consists of six floors, with three floors dedicated to somatic care and three floors for dementia units. The facility is located right next to Gärdet, with nature just around the corner. You are responsible for ensuring our elderly receive safe, secure, and person-centered care. You contribute to a positive work environment and have genuine commitment to care and support. In your daily work, you closely collaborate with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and unit managers. Your Competence and Experience We are seeking candidates who have: - Nursing license - Strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish - Healthcare experience, preferably in elderly care - Good computer skills and documentation experience in medical systems Additional Merits: - Experience with municipal healthcare - Experience collaborating with various care providers and relatives We seek a licensed nurse who is professional and understands the importance of excellent collaboration with colleagues and family members.
