We are seeking a licensed psychologist/licensed psychotherapist with substantial experience in providing psychological treatment for children and adolescents to join our clinic in Skövde. Bonliva Care is now looking for licensed psychologists/licensed psychotherapists who want to work with the treatment of children and adolescents at our excellent clinic in Skövde. The patient group consists of children and adolescents referred by the child and adolescent psychiatry in Skaraborg County. About the Role We are looking for a licensed psychologist or psychotherapist who works with CBT and has experience in providing psychological treatment for children and adolescents. Your treatment interventions should be grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, and experience or training in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT with children) is an asset. Treatment interventions will be conducted both in-person and digitally. The position is a permanent employment of 75–100%, starting as soon as possible. In the role of licensed psychologist/psychotherapist at the Skövde clinic, you will work alongside other practitioners and be supported by administrative staff. We are looking for someone who: • Is humble, empathetic, and flexible, with strong skills in engaging with others. You possess the ability to build alliances and trust and can create a safe environment where both patients and their families feel seen and heard. • Has strong communication skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. • Is responsible, independent, and proactive, with a knack for collaborating with others. • Has a keen eye for detail and is meticulous in your work. • Is ready to take on new challenges and appreciates working in a dynamic and constantly evolving organization.
