Welcome to us! You'll be greeted by a positive and cheerful team that together creates our well-staffed and stable unit. Bunkeflo Primary Care Center is a unit with strong internal collaboration, working to provide accessible, high-quality care to our patients. We have over 9,300 registered patients and are constantly growing. Our Child Healthcare Center (BVC) has approximately 900 enrolled children.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We now welcome a licensed physician with potential future specialty training at our primary care center.
We value your personal development and are therefore attentive to your wishes. As a doctor here, you will work on common primary care tasks such as planned care, emergency reception, coordinated individual plans (SIP), and home visits. Working hours are Monday through Friday.
A permanent position as a specialty trainee doctor may be preceded by a limited-term position as a junior doctor for a period of three to six months in accordance with regional guidelines for specialty training positions in Primary Care.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who are a licensed physician authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. Good English skills, both spoken and written, are meritorious. You should be experienced with digital medical journals, and experience with the PMO system is considered meritorious. Previous experience working at a primary care center is advantageous but not mandatory.
We believe you have good collaboration skills, enjoy working interprofessionally with other professional categories, and have an approach that focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles. You have the ability to build trust with patients and relatives, and are positive, responsive, and clear in your communication. We also seek someone with the ability and willingness to actively contribute to the development of the operation based on existing needs. Great importance will be placed on personal qualities.
