Bunkeflo Healthcare Center is a unit with strong internal collaboration, working to provide accessible, high-quality care to our patients. We have over 9,300 registered patients and are constantly growing. Our Child Healthcare Center has approximately 900 enrolled children.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now welcoming a licensed physician with potential future specialist training to our healthcare center.
We value your personal development and are therefore responsive to your wishes. As a physician here, you will work on typical healthcare center tasks such as planned care, emergency reception, coordinated individual plans (SIP), and home visits. Work hours are Monday through Friday.
A permanent specialist training position may be preceded by a time-limited position as a junior doctor for a period of three to six months in accordance with regional guidelines for specialist training positions in Primary Care.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome licensed physicians authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, Swedish language skills at level C1 or higher on the European Council scale are required. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is meritorious. Experience with digital medical journals is expected, and previous experience with the PMO system is advantageous. Prior healthcare center experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
We believe you have excellent collaboration skills, enjoy working interprofessionally, and have a perspective that focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles. You can build trust with patients and their relatives, and are positive, attentive, and clear in communication. We seek someone with the ability and desire to actively contribute to developing the organization based on existing needs. Personal qualities will be heavily weighted in the selection process.
