Together, we work closely with our patients and strive to provide the best possible rehabilitation to enhance individual health and quality of life. **Your Mission** As a physiotherapist with us, you will work person-centered and interdisciplinary alongside occupational therapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and case managers. Your responsibilities will include: conducting individual functional assessments, designing and following up on rehabilitation plans, prescribing assistive devices, participating in care planning and SIP meetings, and guiding and educating care staff, particularly in transfer techniques and daily rehabilitation. You will meet patients in both residential and ordinary housing, short-term accommodation, as well as in supported living and daily activities.
