**Information about the Workplace**
Welcome to BålstaDoktorn - the small healthcare center that has grown and become large.
We operate in bright and pleasant facilities located near Lake Mälaren in Bålsta, and together with a competent staff of approximately 40 people who are well acquainted with both patients and the surrounding community, we care for about 13,500 registered patients. At BålstaDoktorn, we have the opportunity to follow patients throughout their lives, as we offer maternal healthcare, child healthcare, a healthcare center, physiotherapy, dietitian services, and a team of therapists in addition to medical care.
**Job Responsibilities**
We are now looking for a licensed physiotherapist to join the cheerful and dynamic team of physiotherapists at BålstaDoktorn as a substitute for a colleague on parental leave. We seek someone with an interest in conventional outpatient work at a healthcare center relevant to their professional title. We conduct outpatient services, where our physiotherapists primarily assess and treat individual patients. In addition to individual visits, we also offer pool groups, osteoarthritis schools, and rehabilitation training at a gym outside the healthcare center. Documentation is done in Cosmic. We have a total of 4 physiotherapists working together, a friendly group that enjoys sharing knowledge and experience.
The clinic is open on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Working hours may vary based on preferences and needs.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone interested in outpatient work with patients of various ages and diverse issues. The job requires the ability to make independent assessments and treatments, which can be conducted individually or in groups. Further education and previous experience in outpatient care are advantageous. Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
