JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In the role of preschool teacher, you are engaged and work based on the preschool curriculum. Together with your colleagues in the team, you drive education forward. You create educational, creative, and developmental environments for all children. You work based on current policy documents and plan, implement, evaluate, and develop education together with the team. You will use pedagogical documentation as a natural tool and contribute to digital tools and project-based approaches becoming part of teaching. Documentation will occur in Unikum. In your profession as a preschool teacher in Oskarshamn municipality, you lead, plan, document, and evaluate the operation together with the team, based on the curriculum. In the role of preschool teacher, you maintain and develop good relationships with children, guardians, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
