Licensed Dietitian for Dedicated Primary Care Team

We at Rehab Aktivt Liv are now seeking a new dietitian colleague for a 50-100% position who wants to become part of our fantastic team! We are a primary care rehabilitation service that conducts home visits, assessments, clinic appointments, and group sessions. Here, you will meet patients of all ages and collaborate closely with occupational therapists and physiotherapists - together we create conditions for better health and improved quality of life. About the Position As a dietitian with us, you will work on assessment, treatment, and counseling related to nutrition and health. A significant part of the work involves home visits where you meet patients in their home environment to create individually tailored solutions that work in daily life. You will also receive patients at the clinic, which makes the work both varied and rewarding.
