About the Role As an experienced licensed audiologist at Audika, you will have the opportunity to: * Help develop our clinic in Uppsala by establishing trust and creating long-term relationships with people in the local area, ensuring more have access to better hearing and a richer life. * Assist more individuals in hearing better through personalized hearing rehabilitation according to Audika's qualitative methods and structure. * Work independently with significant personal responsibility while actively contributing to the development and improvement of the business in line with Audika's established goals. * Conduct hearing rehabilitations, hearing aid fittings, as well as assessments of assistive devices and individualized hearing protection. * Represent Audika to clients, patients, and partners – with support from our support office and colleagues with extensive experience. * Collaborate with your immediate manager and colleagues to enhance operations by proposing and implementing solutions that improve the clinic's services and provide exceptional hearing care. Who Are We Looking For? * Licensed audiologist with at least 2–5 years of professional experience. * Solution-oriented, responsible, and relationship-building. * Flexible and enjoys varied tasks. * Strong desire to always provide the best solutions for the customer. * Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
