Audika is seeking a licensed audiologist with substantial experience and a passion for making a difference – regardless of where in Sweden you wish to work!
**About the Role and Opportunities**
As an experienced licensed audiologist at Audika, you will have the chance to:
* Participate in and take responsibility for the startup of new clinics, building strong relationships in the local community, creating a positive image, and establishing trust – leading to a stable customer base.
* Help more individuals hear better through personalized hearing rehabilitations according to Audika's qualitative work methods and structure.
* Work independently with significant responsibility and actively contribute to the development and improvement of the operation in line with Audika's set goals.
* Conduct hearing rehabilitations, hearing aid fittings, as well as fittings for assistive devices and individually tailored hearing protection.
* Act as if you were your own entrepreneur, representing Audika to customers, patients, and partners – with support from our support office and colleagues with extensive experience.
* Collaborate with your direct supervisor to develop the business by proposing and offering solutions that enhance the clinic's services and provide outstanding hearing care.
**Who Are We Looking For?**
* A licensed audiologist with at least 2–5 years of work experience.
* Solution-oriented, responsible, and relationship-building.
* Flexible and enjoys varied tasks.
* Strong desire to offer the best solutions for customers.
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
