We are looking for an experienced licensed audiologist who is confident in their profession and has extensive knowledge in audiology. Since the clinic in Nyköping is a sole practitioner clinic, you will work independently and manage the entire customer journey – from registering and administering visits to conducting hearing rehabilitation and handling all administration at the clinic. You are passionate about building trust and security in customer interactions and want to contribute to something that truly matters. About the Role As an experienced licensed audiologist at Audika, you will have the opportunity to: * Help develop our clinic in Nyköping by establishing trust and building long-term relationships with individuals in the local area – ensuring more people gain access to better hearing and improved quality of life. * Assist more individuals in hearing better through personalized hearing rehabilitation according to Audika’s qualitative methods and structures. * Work independently with significant responsibility and actively contribute to the organization’s development and improvement in line with Audika’s goals. * Conduct hearing rehabilitations, hearing aid fittings, as well as assessments of work aids and individually customized hearing protection. * Represent Audika to customers, patients, and partners – with support from our support office and colleagues with extensive experience. * Collaborate with your immediate supervisor and colleagues to enhance the operations by providing suggestions and solutions that improve the clinic’s services and deliver outstanding hearing care. Who Are We Looking For? * Licensed audiologist with at least 5 years of work experience. * Solution-oriented, responsible, and relationship-building. * Flexible and enjoys varied tasks. * Strong desire to always offer the best solutions for customers. * Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
