What you will do
In the role of occupational therapist, you will work closely with patients, relatives, and colleagues to promote health and enhance functional ability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing activity capacity and the need for assistive devices
- Prescribing and trialing assistive devices as well as writing certificates
- Guiding and educating nursing staff
- Providing advice and support to patients and relatives
- Participating in teamwork and contributing to the development of the organization
Your experience
Requirements:
- License as an occupational therapist
- B driver's license for manual transmission
- Good computer skills
- Ability to structure and plan your work
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Experience in home healthcare or similar services
- Knowledge of assistive device management and ADL assessments
