JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to become part of our dedicated team? We are seeking a nurse who wants to work in Municipal Primary Care. The position is primarily night shifts, but occasional evening shifts may be required.
You will be offered a free and varied work environment in both special and ordinary care settings.
Your responsibilities include:
• Planning, implementing, and evaluating care interventions.
• Supervising care personnel across different units.
• Managing medication handling using Pascal and Alfa's digital signature tools.
• Delegating personnel in medication management within ordinary housing, special care facilities, and daily activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a licensed nurse with a genuine interest in Healthcare in ordinary and special care settings.
Experience in similar roles is meritorious, but we value your willingness to learn and develop within our dedicated team.
To thrive in this role, you must be able to work independently, make medical assessments, and act with quality as the focus. You should have strong collaboration skills, take responsibility, and be flexible. B driver's license is required.

Tjörn Municipality will request a criminal record extract in connection with this recruitment.
For certain positions within Tjörn Municipality, a criminal record extract and/or security screening may be required. For all positions within social administration, an acceptable police criminal record extract must be presented.
