Job Description
We are seeking a licensed nurse or district nurse with experience in primary care. Your responsibilities will include standard nursing tasks in a nurse's and doctor's office within primary care. This involves both scheduled visits and assessing walk-in patients. You are expected to prioritize needs and perform care interventions. Care interventions may include advice or medical treatment. In emergency situations, you will conduct a systematic assessment according to the ABCDE model to quickly identify and address life-threatening conditions in an injured or acutely ill person. You will be responsible for the emergency phone line. The emergency phone line is the direct contact number for Care Center Boxholm. You will provide medical (in consultation with a physician) and nursing advice via phone and digital channels to patients, colleagues in home healthcare, other healthcare neighbors, school nurses, and ambulance services. Certain portions of your working hours will be spent in tele Q.

Work Group
The health center is staffed with general practitioners, specialists, physician trainees, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, healthcare administrators, social workers, rehabilitation coordinators, and podiatrists.
About You
You are a licensed nurse or district nurse with experience in primary care. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, equivalent to a C1 level. If you speak multiple languages relevant to the work at the health center, we view that positively.
As a person, you are self-assured, have good collaboration skills with team members, are efficient, and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You possess good judgment and enjoy teamwork. You are humble and communicate clearly. We value employees who actively contribute to the development of the organization and have strong social skills to engage with diverse individuals based on their needs.
