We are expanding and seeking multiple nurses.

Our Municipal Healthcare Unit consists of approximately 20 employees led by a Unit Manager and two coordinators. The team includes occupational therapists, medical equipment technicians, district and specialized nurses. High competence, strong team spirit, and humor characterize our work group. We focus on person-centered care and rehabilitation approaches.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medical assessments and interventions
- Implement and follow up treatment and care plans
- Guide, support, and delegate nursing personnel
- Collaborate with other professionals and relatives
- Document in quality registers and operational systems
- Participate in organizational improvement efforts
Qualifications
Candidates should be confident in their nursing role, attentive and responsive to patients, residents, relatives, and colleagues. Strong prioritization skills and clear communication are essential to ensure accurate information transfer.
Personal suitability is highly valued.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced training in district/geriatric/psychiatric nursing
- Elderly care work experience
- Familiarity with care management systems like Viva, LifeCare, Appva MCSS
