**Description**
Are you an engaged and experienced nurse seeking new challenges and wanting to make a difference every day? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our pleasant and forward-thinking team in home healthcare!
Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and truly impact their care and quality of life.
Together with your colleagues, you will play a key role in developing and improving our operations, focusing on implementing good and close care.
The position offers a variety of work during both daytime and evenings, including every fourth weekend, where you will have the chance to independently manage the entire municipality during certain shifts. This provides you with both responsibility and freedom in your work.
We are looking for a nurse who preferably has experience in municipal healthcare, enjoys challenges, and is interested in working with change processes.

**Responsibilities**
You will belong to a specific area in the municipality where you will be responsible for approximately 25 patients. Your tasks will include assessing and meeting individual care needs, leading healthcare initiatives, and managing medications. You will work closely with your colleagues and other professionals in the team, providing you with a broad and stimulating workday. You will also play an important role in guiding and supporting staff in medical matters and working with competency development by participating in training for personnel.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for a licensed nurse who preferably has experience in municipal healthcare. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, are structured yet flexible, and have the ability to prioritize even in hectic situations. You are confident in your professional role and have a genuine interest in working with people, where your empathetic ability and commitment will make a real difference.
