JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Typical nursing tasks within municipal primary care in the evening patrol. As a nurse, you are part of maintaining patient safety at Landskrona Care AB. You will work together with a group of responsible nurses where you will have access to support and help. Within Landskrona City, there is an HSL group with extended delegations. Extended delegations and management of HSL group nursing assistants are handled by nurses in home healthcare. We are co-located in a building on Kungsgatan 15 with various professionals working with our patients, which provides new perspectives and increased quality for patients enrolled in home healthcare, ordinary housing, LSS housing, and care and nursing homes. The assignment includes traditional nursing tasks within municipal primary care. Supporting and encouraging staff, relatives, and other caregivers is part of your responsibilities. The work involves contacts within the organization and with other healthcare providers, inpatient care, primary care, and ambulance services in the region. You will be in contact with medical technology and patients with complex care needs. You need good computer skills and the ability to handle modern technology. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a district nurse, specialist nurse specializing in elderly care, or a registered nurse. Experience working in municipal care, palliative care, inpatient care, and primary care is meritorious. Good experience documenting in journal systems.
