About Humana Björnö – Focus on Quality of Life and Care Quality Humana Björnö is a modern facility that opened in September 2021, where we focus on quality, person-centered care, and thoughtful design. Our facility has 60 apartments distributed across dementia and somatic care. We offer a wonderful work environment with excellent facilities, including a cozy garden with a greenhouse and a gym. About the Position – Clinical Responsibility and Safe Care As a nurse with us, you will have an independent and important clinical responsibility for our residents' health and well-being. You will be the secure expert who daily leads the healthcare work at the facility and ensures high patient safety. You will be an active and present employee who, in close collaboration with care staff, rehabilitation personnel, group leaders responsible for SoL, and the facility manager, ensures compliance with laws and agreements and develops relationships with residents and their families. Primary Work Tasks: • Perform independent medical assessments, treatments, and care interventions. • Responsible for establishing, following up, and evaluating care plans and medical prescriptions. • Delegate healthcare tasks safely and provide guidance and skills development to care staff. • Lead and coordinate daily care work and be a pedagogical support for colleagues in medical matters. • Drive and follow up systematic quality work in the healthcare area, including deviation management. • Collaborate with doctors, rehabilitation personnel, and external care providers to ensure a holistic solution for our residents. Who Are You? – Secure, Structured, and Engaged We are looking for someone who is a secure and communicative person with a genuine interest in elderly care. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than obstacles. As a person, you are structured and able to work independently and take initiative. At the same time, you are a good team player who enjoys developing and finding the best solutions together with your team. Your Competence and Experience: • Licensed nurse – a requirement. • Several years of experience working as a nurse in elderly care/geriatrics is highly meritorious. • Good administrator with computer skills and knowledge of relevant journal systems. • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. • We place great emphasis on personal suitability and sharing our core values. Practical Information: • Work time and employment scope: Permanent employment 80-100%, daytime. Weekend shifts as a nurse are included according to schedule. • Salary: Individual salary setting according to agreement. • Commencement: According to agreement.
