JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are currently seeking a new colleague for our municipal primary healthcare unit. As a nurse in Home Healthcare Services, you will work in Home Care, in standard housing and/or special housing. Our work is incredibly diverse as we care for patients from 0 years old and up with varying diagnoses and treatments. What our patients have in common is that we care for them in their own homes. This means that regardless of your previous work experience, your knowledge and expertise will be valuable to patients and colleagues. The role involves planning, following up, assessing, and addressing healthcare interventions. We invest in training both care staff and each other and warmly welcome interests in sharing specialized knowledge or creating personal areas of responsibility. Our work group includes nurses with various specialist educations, and we welcome applicants with special interests within our field. Previous experience in home healthcare, geriatrics, dementia, or palliative care is meritorious but not required. We prefer candidates with student supervision training, as we host students in our operations. We use digital solutions for medication cabinets, and our planning tools are mobile. We appreciate experience with various operational systems. We care for patients in their homes and work patient-centrically, so it's important that you can ensure patient influence and participation in care. Personally, we seek someone who is independent, flexible, and takes initiative with significant personal responsibility.
