Depending on whether you hold a position as a PAS (Patient Area Nurse) or as a resource, your role may vary slightly; you may have your own patient area or, as a resource, take on a more flexible role covering for absences for the day or for a longer period. The position requires good proficiency in speaking and writing Swedish, as well as a valid driver's license for manual transmission. Previous experience in home healthcare is advantageous, as is any further education in areas such as outpatient care, palliative care, geriatrics, or psychiatry. We prefer candidates with one or more years of experience as a nurse, as you will often be working independently in patients' homes and need to feel confident in making medical assessments.
