We are looking for someone who wants to change the world – one individual, group, or organization at a time.
We know it sounds grand. But with us, you will truly make a difference. Are you a licensed psychologist with experience in one or more of our areas of operation, and do you find the consulting role exciting? Then this could be the job for you!
Your daily life will be both meaningful and developmental.
You will become part of our team in Östergötland, which works with clinical and educational psychology, including treatment, supervision, training, and development. We are a large team with staff at offices in Linköping and Norrköping, but we operate in more locations within our business area where our clients are. We prefer that you have varied assignments to both develop yourself and meet our clients' needs. Whether you are passionate about helping children, young people, or adults, there is room to both deepen and broaden your expertise. We collaborate with many different organizations in the private sector, primary care, psychiatry, schools, LSS, and social services. We work with evidence-based methods such as CBT, ACT, and PBS.
Your skills and experience will strengthen our team.
We hope you are someone who works closely with methods that yield long-term and sustainable results. You are motivated by supporting, educating, and developing individuals, groups, and organizations. The opportunity to influence your own workday is important to you, as is having a close collaboration with competent and warm colleagues who together spread psychological knowledge in society. You are a licensed psychologist, but not just that. You are also driven, business-minded, and have the courage to take on new challenges!
What we offer you:
- Great freedom and flexibility, while having collegial support from nearly 100 psychologists
- Wonderful colleagues and pleasant offices centrally located in both Linköping and Norrköping
- We have a wide variety of assignments, and you will have the opportunity to work both independently and together with colleagues in the team
- We invest in professional development, and all employees are offered specialist training, peer supervision, and regular further education with external speakers/trainers
- Knowledge, development, warmth, and courage – we truly live our values
- Last but not least, we of course have all the hygiene factors in place, such as salary, pension, insurance, etc.
