Health and Working Life operates from a systematic work environment perspective (SAM) in the areas of medicine, ergonomics, health promotion, environment, technology, and behavioral science. We are now seeking a Licensed Psychologist/Organizational Consultant for our Masthugget unit in Gothenburg. **Responsibilities** As an employee with us, you will work according to our overarching mission, which means assisting various enterprises within the Västra Götalandsregion with expertise and support to ensure a good work environment. The focus of your work will be to create and maintain good relationships with the region’s managers, HR and employees. The work is conducted at the organizational, group, and individual levels and is of a promotional, preventive, or restorative nature. You will be part of a team where, based on our clients' needs, you will collaborate with other competencies: ergonomists, company doctors, occupational nurses, health strategists, work environment engineers, and secretaries. Work at the group and organizational level includes, for example, management support, group and leadership development, conflict management, and conducting workshops and training. There may also be various forms of assessments and investigations, such as work environment surveys or investigations of inappropriate treatment.
