Health and Stress Medicine is part of the Västra Götalandsregion with operational divisions including Health and Working Life, regional tasks related to work environment and health, Green Rehab, and the Institute for Stress Medicine. The administration's mission is to provide occupational health services for the Västra Götalandsregion's administrations and companies, as well as to prevent ill health, stress, and improve the work environment through research, knowledge dissemination, and our regional assignments. Together, our operations create value for employees in VGR and promote a good work environment and sustainable working life.
**Description**
Health and Working Life, Västra Götalandsregion's internal occupational health service, consists of 5 units represented in Skaraborg, Fyrbodal, Southern Älvsborg, and Gothenburg.
Health and Working Life operates from a systematic work environment perspective (SAM) in the areas of medicine, ergonomics, health promotion, environment, technology, and behavioral science. We participate in several projects, both regional and national, within work environment, health, and rehabilitation, and we can offer excellent development opportunities for our employees.

We are now seeking a Licensed Psychologist/Organizational Consultant for our Masthugget unit in Gothenburg.
**Responsibilities**
As an employee with us, you will work according to our overarching mission, which means assisting various enterprises within the Västra Götalandsregion with expertise and support to ensure a good work environment. The focus of your work will be to create and maintain good relationships with the region’s managers, HR and employees. The work is conducted at the organizational, group, and individual levels and is of a promotional, preventive, or restorative nature.
You will be part of a team where, based on our clients' needs, you will collaborate with other competencies: ergonomists, company doctors, occupational nurses, health strategists, work environment engineers, and secretaries.
Work at the group and organizational level includes, for example, management support, group and leadership development, conflict management, and conducting workshops and training. There may also be various forms of assessments and investigations, such as work environment surveys or investigations of inappropriate treatment.
Work at the individual level involves, primarily based on work-related needs, providing counseling support and treatment, participating in rehabilitation processes, conducting work capacity assessments, and collaborating with the individuals’ managers, on whose behalf you work.

**Qualifications**
We are looking for a qualified and experienced licensed psychologist, preferably with specialist competence in work and organizational psychology, or an organizational consultant with training in CBT at least level 1 and other comparable education and experience. We would like you to have experience in organizational, group, and leadership development. Experience in revenue-funded operations and experience in occupational health is an advantage.
