S:t Lukas works to develop individuals and organizations based on research and proven experience. We aim to promote sustainability, well-being, and a sense of meaning. In 2025, S:t Lukas has created a new regional organization in West Sweden - S:t Lukas West - with clinics in Alingsås, Borås, Gothenburg, Mölndal, and Skövde. We are now seeking a new team member for our clinic in central Borås.
Do you want to meet people with their unique challenges and needs in therapy and supportive conversations? Are you interested in supervising work groups that in turn work with people? Do you want to help develop and expand S:t Lukas' operations in Borås and West Sweden?
We are seeking a licensed psychologist/licensed psychotherapist to work with therapy and counseling support at our central Borås clinic. The position also includes supervision assignments for groups in healthcare, social services, and the nonprofit sector. Educational assignments may also be part of the role. We are currently in a phase of developing S:t Lukas' operations in West Sweden and are looking for someone who wants to contribute to this development.
You have several years of experience working with psychotherapy/psychological treatment. Your theoretical orientation can vary, but you are therapeutically skilled and accustomed to addressing various challenges in conversations. You are good at organizing and structuring your work. You are preferably initiative-taking and skilled at networking, but most importantly, you create positive collaborations with both colleagues and clients. Having supervision training and experience is highly meritorious. Experience working with couples and families is also a plus.
You will be part of a team with other licensed psychotherapists and licensed psychologists at our Borås clinic. As a psychologist/psychotherapist with us, you will also be part of a broader context within the Psychotherapy & Supervision area, together with around thirty colleagues at S:t Lukas West clinics. We have several forums for collaboration, development, and cross-clinic cooperation.
