Your Role With us, you will work with standard tasks at the healthcare center, which includes counseling, assessment, and treatment of patients with mild to moderate psychosocial issues, neuropsychiatric screening, and referrals to psychiatry for specialist-level problems. We strive for high accessibility and short series of consultations, referring to other providers when deeper treatment and longer contact are needed. We also offer counseling via phone, chat, and video. We place great emphasis on teamwork and have a patient-centered approach in close collaboration with other professional categories at the clinic. You will often conduct the patient's initial assessment interview, and those patients needing a medical evaluation will be discussed in joint rounds. You will primarily work with individual sessions but should also be interested in leading patient groups. You will be part of a positive staff group where commitment, community, and collaboration manifest in job satisfaction and happy patients. About You You are a licensed psychologist who is confident in both person and profession and has a good understanding of the purpose and working methods of primary care. We prefer that you have experience working in primary care and are accustomed to working independently as well as in a team. You have an interest in working with digital-physical care and want to help develop it further.
