As a licensed psychologist at Falck Health and Working Life, you will work consultatively and tailored to our clients as support for managers, contact persons, and employees. You will deliver both digitally and physically to local and national clients across various industries; private and public sectors, larger and smaller organizations, which provides an interesting breadth to the role. The focus is on implementing interventions at the individual level, but also on assignments at the group and organizational level in the form of, for example, assessments, training, and group supervision. You will work cross-functionally alongside company doctors, occupational nurses, behavioral scientists, and physiotherapists who collaborate with our clients and their employees towards achieving good results.
You will, among other things, work with:
• Support conversations and talk therapy focusing on rehabilitation
• Supervision of individuals and groups
• Conflict management and management support
• Psychosocial workplace issues
• Assessments
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with an interest and experience in working with interventions related to work-related ill health, development of groups and individuals, as well as training within our field. You have:
• Experience in individual conversations, training, and group work
• Good computer skills and an interest in, preferably experience with, delivering through digital tools and working with online-based methods
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working with CBT, ACT, or FACT (meritorious)
• Further education in or experience in the field of rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment (meritorious)
• Experience from occupational health or private healthcare provider (meritorious)

Other:
Permanent employment starting as agreed. Full-time position (100%). Working hours are weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding weekends.
The position involves travel to clients and to Falck's units in the local area, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
