The position is located within the social services department, which aims to offer residents of Gnesta Municipality good and accessible services based on individual needs. We are responsible for the municipality's care for individuals and families, the elderly, people with disabilities, municipal health care, as well as labor market integration and adult education. The department operates on behalf of the social welfare board.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As an occupational therapist, you create conditions for people to live an active, independent, and meaningful life. You play a key role in strengthening individuals' abilities and contributing to a rehabilitative approach. You will work in an engaged team within municipal health care. Your responsibilities include activity assessment, training, treatment, and prescribing assistive devices.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
• Licensed occupational therapist
• Ability to communicate well in both spoken and written Swedish
• Good computer skills
• Class B driver's license and experience driving a car
Experience working within municipal health care is an advantage. Your positive attitude and solution-focused approach make you a valued colleague, both internally and externally. You have the ability to work independently and make decisions while also recognizing the value of being an active part of the team.
