The Traffic Office is responsible for managing and developing Stockholm's public spaces to ensure they are safe, attractive, accessible, and sustainable. Welcome to us The role is located in the Lighting Unit, where you will work alongside 12 dedicated and skilled colleagues whose mission is to manage the city's public lighting. You will also work closely with colleagues in the sister units Infrastructure Technology and Traffic Technology, which manage the city's traffic signals and other technical systems such as ground heating, elevators, escalators, utility tunnels, fountains, and more. Your role As a Management Information Coordinator with us, you will play a central role in developing and coordinating the city's management information. You will be responsible for ensuring that information about our facilities – such as street lighting, traffic signals, ground heating, and other technical conduits – is current, quality-assured, and accessible for the organization. Your responsibilities include managing and further developing the systems where management information is stored, coordinating documentation efforts, and contributing to common routines and standards. You will support colleagues with mapping and conduit information and ensure that data is shared and used effectively and securely. The role may also involve making minor drawing adjustments in the systems. Furthermore, you will work with: - Coordinating the management information efforts in the office - Defining routines and standards for management information in the office - Participating in the management of systems for management information/facility data - Engaging and, to some extent, driving collaboration with external stakeholders, such as other conduit owners or Ledningskollen - Extracting information about conduits from the systems - Assisting with minor adjustments/drawings of conduits The role involves close collaboration with several of the city's operations as well as external stakeholders, and you will become an important part of the city's efforts to digitize, streamline, and secure the management of technical infrastructure. Your qualifications and experience We are looking for someone with an interest in community building, technology, and digital information, who thrives in a role that combines structure, analysis, and collaboration. We seek someone who has: - Relevant education in community building, geography/GIS, technology, or equivalent experience - Several years of experience working with management information for, for example, street lighting, traffic signals, ground heating, or similar - A strong ability to work systematically and ensure the quality of information and data - Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, such as other conduit owners It is advantageous if you also have: - Experience in municipal operations - Experience working with technical documentation or mapping and GIS systems - Knowledge of management information systems (e.g., dpPower, dpCom, Ledningskollen) - Experience with information security, data protection, or system management - Understanding of technical facilities such as street lighting, traffic signals, or ground heating As a person, you are meticulous, collaborative, and proactive. You enjoy alternating between independent work and collaboration in projects and processes.
