**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As an Administrative Leader, you will have a broad administrative role that spans across the units of the organization. You will work closely with the management team, unit managers, and principals, providing relief in administrative matters.
As an Administrative Leader, you will be an integral part of both the operations, projects, and assignments, where you will be responsible for the administrative components. Your tasks also include organizing and preparing for meetings, planning days, study visits, conferences, and other events. Additionally, your responsibilities may involve ordering refreshments and purchasing flowers.
You will, among other tasks, take minutes and meeting notes, prepare and compile various forms of documentation and presentations for activities such as operations follow-ups, complaint management, apprenticeship contracts, and student surveys.
You will also be responsible for the organization’s routines within the management system, administrate new hires, and handle other ongoing administrative tasks and assignments.
An important part of your job will involve suggesting ways to streamline certain processes related to management support. When time allows, you will be an important resource and additional help for the guidance and administration unit.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
We are looking for someone with a high school education that the employer deems relevant. You also have experience working with labor market issues for at least two years. You have the ability to articulate well in the Swedish language, both orally and in writing. Additionally, to succeed in this role, you should have good knowledge of the Office suite.
As a person, you have the ability to build and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with individuals in various contexts and functions and approach your collaboration with a humble attitude.
You are self-driven and possess good self-leadership skills, with your own motivation to resolve arising situations. You approach your work proactively by taking initiative. When problems occur, you have the ability to see and find alternative solutions.
You are a good relationship builder with the ability to prioritize, structure, and organize. You maintain high quality and service in your work.
We are looking for someone who can independently work in processes that span over time. Being able to reprioritize and remain flexible in your work and approach comes naturally to you.
