As a Learning & Development Manager, you will be a key person in shaping the future of learning and ensuring that our employees and leaders have the tools they need to grow—both as individuals and as teams. Together, we build an environment where learning is not a project, but a part of our identity.
You will be part of the HR team and report to the HR Manager.
About the Role
• You will develop and implement training strategies aligned with the company’s goals. You will map competency needs, identify gaps, and create programs that enhance employees' skills.
• You will plan, organize, and lead various training initiatives, such as onboarding, workshops, and leadership training for managers, as well as develop and update materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• You will be responsible for e-learning and ensure that our learning platform is current and effective.
• You will work data-driven and evaluate the effectiveness of training through analyses, statistics, and feedback.
• You will support managers in competency and career planning and contribute to identifying and developing talent.
• You will collaborate closely with HR and the management team, work with external providers, and communicate with participants and managers.
• You will drive a learning culture through improvement initiatives and inspiration around skill development.
We are looking for someone who has experience in driving Learning & Development efforts in an organization that believes in continuous improvement. We prefer that you:
• Have at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a similar role.
• Are a natural relationship builder who can inspire and drive change.
• Have a combination of strategic thinking and operational effectiveness.
• Have a good understanding of how learning contributes to business results.
• Have a curiosity about the future of learning and how technology can support human development.
• Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
It is a plus if you have experience in leadership development, e-learning production, or change management.
We Offer
We offer a job with both flexibility and responsibility, where you have the opportunity to develop. You will work closely with decision-making processes and can make an impact. You will receive excellent benefits such as advance vacation, lunch and wellness allowances, company bike, employee discounts, and the equipment you need. Most roles allow for remote work, you will receive ongoing professional development, and you will be part of our reward program.
We are one of the world's largest family-owned companies with a warm and driven culture. We believe in our employees and value ideas and diverse perspectives.
