Our future focus on electrification, renewable energy, and energy distribution means that our product is perfectly timed for the market. We continue to develop our operations and are now seeking a committed and driven Lean and H&S Manager who is passionate about change, efficiency work, and workplace safety issues. With a focus on standardized work and other LEAN tools, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop our productivity and workplace environment initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will have a fantastic opportunity to actively shape and develop the business towards our common goals in both productivity and systematic workplace environment work. You will play a key role in strengthening the company's efforts in LEAN and Health & Safety, for example, by developing and driving initiatives related to orderliness, 5S, standardized work, work instructions, and systematic work environment management (SAM).
The role is both operational and developmental, where you will serve as a coaching support and an inspiring force within the organization. You will inform, educate, lead, delegate tasks, and follow up to ensure progress in our productivity efforts. Together with our dedicated LEAN coordinator, whom you will also manage, you will drive the improvement work forward.
Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and our internal operational systems within your area is a natural part of your mission. In this role, you will also gain broad insight into the entire organization and have the opportunity to create a large and valuable internal network.
This is a full-time position during daytime hours, based in Jonslund. Therefore, we value local applicants.
Profile
We are looking for someone with previous experience in productivity work and a solid understanding of the methodologies and fundamental principles of LEAN. Through your knowledge and communication skills, you easily build trust while your drive and commitment show the way forward. If you have previously been involved in implementing or driving improvement initiatives, we consider this a strong merit.
We also expect you to have good knowledge and experience in systematic workplace environment management, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
To fit this role, we believe you are analytical, meticulous, and have a clear and structured working method. You possess strong social skills and have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, along with good computer skills, including proficiency in the Office suite. As it is difficult to reach us by public transport, having a B driver's license is an advantage.
