A role with broad responsibilities
The role encompasses three main areas, all crucial for ensuring the highest quality:
• Distributors and resellers – our primary point of contact, where you identify and manage existing challenges in the best way for the customer.
• The internal development department – where future products and services are created, and where you drive quality efforts from the outset.
• Our suppliers – where you ensure that Ochnos quality processes are followed and maintained to deliver top-class products.

Your responsibilities include:
• Supporting Ochnos OEM customers, distributors, and integrators with support cases within 3rd and 4th line support.
• Developing and improving testing processes and testing tools together with our suppliers.
• Creating and driving automated testing systems to streamline internal testing processes for both software and hardware.
• Training resellers and documenting and publishing support-related information to reduce the number of incoming cases.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in quality and/or support-related work in technology companies.
• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent.
• Experience in developing automated testing systems for hardware, software, or cloud services, preferably with Python and JavaScript.
• A genuine desire to help others solve problems.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a plus.
