As a lead engineer, you will have a key role in customer projects focusing on electrical engineering and automation. You will be responsible for leading and distributing work within your technical area, as well as following up and prioritizing technical issues throughout the project. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines and maintain close communication with clients to ensure that the technical solutions meet the requirements. You will work on developing technical specifications, reviewing designs, and ensuring that projects are delivered with high quality. * Lead, plan, and coordinate electrical and automation work in multidisciplinary projects * Manage and report on quality, timelines, and costs * Lead and support the technical team (both locally and globally) * Contribute technical expertise within the discipline and collaborate with clients on technical issues * Review and approve design drawings and other technical documentation * Conduct design work and other technical documentation * Provide support during installation and testing in the project * Support both project deliveries and technical sales WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Holds a degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, or equivalent - Has at least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or automation, for example as a designer or project manager - Has knowledge of technical tools within the discipline of Electrical Engineering - Is fluent in English, both spoken and written.
