Laser Technician

Cobolt AB develops and manufactures advanced lasers for biomedical analysis applications. The company was founded in 2001 and currently employs 70 people. We are now experiencing a phase of rapidly increasing sales and therefore need additional staff for our laser production. As a laser technician, you will perform alignment of optical elements and conduct tests until the product is delivered to finished goods inventory. The work demands a high level of precision and a strong commitment to quality. The work takes place in a cleanroom environment. To apply for the position, you should have at least a three-year technical high school education with a focus on mechanics, electronics, IT, or a similar field. Knowledge of lasers or previous experience with optical components and systems is an advantage. You must be able to read and understand drawings and instructions in both English and Swedish. The role requires you to work independently until the product is completed and to ensure that all product requirements are met. We also believe that you have a general interest in technology and want to contribute to the company's continued development.
