About the Role:
Havator is now seeking a Crawler Crane Manager who wants to drive, develop, and strengthen the company's crawler crane operations in Sweden and the Nordics. In this key position, you will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring high quality and safety, and working closely with internal teams and major construction companies.
You will be responsible for planning, logistics, and maintenance of a growing crawler crane fleet, collaborating closely with colleagues in Sweden and Finland. The role involves significant personal responsibility, planning freedom, and excellent opportunities to influence the business long-term.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop crawler crane operations in Sweden and support other Nordic regions.
• Coordinate and support project teams, operations managers, and crane operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Plan and follow up on budget, maintenance, and utilization rates.
• Work with internal systems for reporting and order management.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to continued growth.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Travel to projects and customers within Sweden and the Nordics.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has documented experience with crawler cranes or other heavy crane operations.
• Has strong leadership skills and experience managing multiple processes simultaneously.
• Has technical understanding of crawler cranes and safety regulations.
• Has good computer skills for order and reporting systems.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently (Finnish is meriting).
• Has a driver's license (B-class).
