About the Role:
You will belong to the Alarms, Electrical Technology, and Elevator unit, with approximately 15 employees. The unit's primary mission is to work with supervision, maintenance, and repairs at our facilities. Our task is to ensure everyone feels safe in the properties we manage. We ensure that regulations, laws, and requirements from fire services, insurance companies, and the City of Gothenburg are followed.
As an Alarm Technician with us, you will:
• Perform repairs on security systems
• Conduct operational rounds/functional checks and service on security systems
• Inform and educate our tenants on alarm issues and handling
Qualifications
We are seeking someone who has:
• High school diploma with a focus on electrical/telecommunications/low current systems
• Worked with computerized security systems
• Experience troubleshooting security systems
We consider it advantageous if you have:
• Knowledge of access/lock systems
• Experience installing security systems
• Group presentation skills
• Experience installing electrical/telecommunications systems
The position requires a B driver's license and good computer skills.
We are looking for someone who is technically skilled with strong customer focus. You enjoy collaboration, are attentive, driven, and appreciate variation in work.
