Your Role Are you a student looking to work every other weekend, as well as full-time during the summer, in an important and meaningful role at Länsförsäkringar Larmcentral? Then the position of Alarm Operator is perfect for you! In the role of Alarm Operator, you will handle incoming alarms from private and corporate customers or work with claims support for all Länsförsäkringar customers. This involves fire, burglary, and operational alarms where you will assess the situation and then deploy the appropriate assistance resources. For us, the customer is at the center, and one of our primary goals is to create satisfied and secure customers who increase their engagement with Länsförsäkringar's entire product range. You will work with both incoming and outgoing calls as well as follow up on previous cases. You will also provide first-line support regarding our products and services. Shifts are during the day from 06:00 to 18:00 every other weekend (and full-time during the summer) with a start date as soon as possible. For this assignment, you will be a consultant through Clevry and work at Älvsborgs Larmcentral. Start: January 2026 (placement/signing of position/candidate will occur before this date). Office: Borås. Scope/Working Hours: Shifts are during the day from 06:00 to 18:00 every other weekend (with additional pay) throughout 2026. During the summer, we hope you can work full-time, but within regular office hours, i.e., 8 hours per day. Main Responsibilities • Provide first-line support to customers regarding the alarm center's services and products and escalate issues to second-line support when they cannot be resolved. • Continuously document customer cases and agreements in the organization's system support. • Conduct work according to the governing documents, processes, and work instructions that are prescribed. • Engage with and utilize the information presented at regular internal meetings, intranet, and other information channels. • Check the installers' work during installation. • Act as an advisor when other functions or employees seek competency support. • Participate in project work at both departmental and corporate levels. Your Profile We are looking for candidates who are available to work every other weekend throughout 2026 and full-time during the summer of 2026. We seek individuals who want to provide our customers with world-class security and who, through their commitment, always strive to exceed customer expectations. Experience in customer service via phone is a plus. It is also advantageous if you have worked in some form of security company and/or insurance company. We also require good IT skills and the ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written communication. Since the customer works with security and safety in our clients' homes, you must have a clean police record to be approved for work in a security company. As a person, you need to be action-oriented, possess high social competence, and have a strong sense of responsibility. We see that you, who want to work with us, are communicative and good at interpreting both written and spoken information and making decisions so that our customers always feel secure and cared for. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are proactive during your shifts. You need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English.
